Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager who is passionate about building long-term client relationships, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong commercial mindset. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients, drive revenue through upsell and retention, and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions. Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients (SMB & Enterprise) Own revenue targets through upsell, cross-sell, and retention Run the full sales cycle: needs discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing Identify client needs and deliver tailored packaging solutions Coordinate custom projects with internal teams (Design, Operations, Product) Proactively develop and reactivate client relationships Negotiate commercial terms, including contracts and non-standard payment conditions Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction Track pipeline and performance in CRM and meet sales targets Represent Packhelp in all client interactions and contribute to improving sales processes Requirements: Fluent English is a must! 2–5+ years of experience in sales: B2B Account Management (preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or manufacturing/custom products) Proven track record of owning revenue targets and driving account growth (upsell, cross-sell, retention) Experience managing end-to-end sales processes, including negotiations and closing Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate projects with internal teams Proactive, ownership-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for results Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly Bonus points: Fluency in Polish, French, Spanish or German Packaging experience Benefits: Flexible working hours – here comes work-life balance and possibility to work remote The best possible tools – easy access to the latest technology, our own apps, a Macbook, and industry-standard software Health & Wellness – private healthcare, life insurance, mental health support, and a subsidized MultiSport card Fair compensation – performance-based pay raises and bonuses for employee referrals Career development – internal workshops, training sessions, and learning budget Work from the places you love most – possibility to work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 90 days a year**** Vacation & time off – 26 paid vacation days and 1 extra Better Future Day for actively making our world a better place More about us: We are experts in the unboxing experience.
