Seasonal Couple, Private Island

We are looking to recruit an energetic, hard-working couple to join our team for the coming season (April – October) on Eilean Shona, a stunning, Inner Hebridean island. 

We need help with the weekly turnover of the holiday cottages and main house, welcoming guests, transporting luggage, event planning, gardening ... No two days the same!

Experience in hospitality, maybe a ski season, ideal and boat skills an advantage plus the ability to use initiative to work independently or as part of the small team. It's a role that offers hospitality experience and will also suit those unable to take up similar jobs abroad due to Covid-19 or Brexit. 

A great opportunity for a couple with a passion for the outdoors. 1.5 days off a week to kayak, fish, walk and explore the west coast of Scotland.
