Role Summary:
- Manage the daily marketing activities across several brands in close collaboration with the Content Marketing Manager.
- Create promotional content for multiple branded social media accounts.
- Grow and manage a portfolio of content creators and ambassadors.
- Be responsible for campaign planning, execution, and content production timelines coordination.
Role Requirements:
- A potential candidate should be fluent in English, with German fluency being an added advantage.
- Experience in marketing, content, or social media management is a must.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, social media best practices, design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
- Having skills in creative writing, communication, copywriting and knowledge of CRM platforms like Klaviyo and Omnisend is a plus.

The role: As a Content Marketing Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of our marketing activities across multiple brands, working closely with the Content Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety; ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their skills in content marketing, social media, and digital brand building. Key responsibilities include managing branded social media accounts, creating promotional content, growing and managing a portfolio of content creators and ambassadors, engaging with partners, supporting campaign planning and execution, and coordinating content production timelines.
Job requirements: We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in English, with fluency in German being desirable but not essential. Experience in marketing, content or social media management is required, including internships or placements. The ideal candidate should have a track record of creative writing for digital platforms, strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices, excellent communication and copywriting skills, and basic knowledge of design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with email/CRM platforms like Klaviyo and Omnisend is also desirable.
