Role Summary

  • Champion our customer base, unlocking the full potential of our product to drive value
  • Engage with customers, offer solutions, liaise with technologists, and bring market insights back for product enhancement
  • Create customer success plans, and manage the development of accounts and executive sponsors
  • Address customer issues proactively to prevent customer churn

Role Requirements

  • Right to work in the USA and a minimum of five years’ experience in management consulting, customer success, account management, or strategy/operations in a fast-paced startup
  • Prior experience in commodities, manufacturing, or sustainability preferred
  • Ability to work three days a week from our Union Square office and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment

Our software automates the carbon footprinting of supply chains, which is used by banks, traders, and manufacturers to manage the complexity of international supply networks, identify the most carbon-intensive parts, and find lower-carbon alternatives.

As a Customer Success Manager at CarbonChain, you will be responsible for being a customer champion, unlocking the full potential of our product to drive value for every user. You will engage with customers to solve their problems, work closely with our technologists, and bring market insights back to help shape our product roadmap. Your role will involve defining customer success plans, growing accounts, winning executive sponsors, and proactively addressing customer challenges to avoid churn.

Requirements for this position include the right to work in the USA, at least 5 years of experience in management consulting, customer success, account management, or operations/strategy at a fast-growing startup. Experience in commodities, manufacturing, or sustainability is preferred. You should be comfortable working from our Union Square office three days a week and have the ability to work with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
