Role Summary:
- You will be scaling our product and marketing teams' referral engine.
- Designing and carefully evaluating experiments.
- Running in-depth analyses on user behavior and discovering growth possibilities.
- Create product features that will encourage members to introduce more friends to our platform.
Role Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and perceived comfort with statistics and experimentation.
- Experience with data visualization and Business Intelligence tools (Looker, Mode, Tableau or similar).
- Familiarity with multiple marketing channels and their role in narrative-building.

The Role: We are seeking a Senior Growth Analyst to scale our referral engine across product and marketing teams. You will focus on delivering product features and real-life magic that encourages our members to bring more friends into our community. Your role will involve designing and analyzing experiments, running deep-dive analyses on user behavior, and identifying growth opportunities. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical skills in SQL and experimentation, comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing decision-making.
Job Requirements: - Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with statistics and experimentation (hypothesis design, A/B testing, statistical significance, regression techniques). - Exposure to different marketing channels and understanding of their roles in shaping a narrative. - Experience with data visualization and BI tools (Looker, Mode, Tableau, or similar).
