As a Systems Analyst, you will optimize and maintain business-critical systems across various departments and regions, integrate CRM and ERP systems, and offer support in project delivery.
Role requirements include:
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM systems management, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Integration of CRM systems with ERP systems
- Working familiarity with Power Platform capabilities
- Fluency in English and additional European languages are preferable

The role: As a System Analyst at Patagonia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, functionality, and optimization of business-critical systems across multiple departments and regions. Your responsibilities include managing system changes, enhancements, issue resolutions, and supporting cross-functional project delivery. You will operate within agile structures, design solutions aligned with best practices, and contribute to short-term roadmap execution.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone with an inclusive mindset and 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. You should have experience in configuring solutions, working with customer-facing processes, and integrating CRM with ERP systems. Familiarity with Power Platform capabilities and experience in cross-system processes are essential. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform are a plus, but practical experience is more important. Fluency in English and additional European languages are advantageous.
