REQUIREMENTS?

Our requirements are:

• +3y Relevant Digital Experience
• Experience managing E-commerce websites, Digital Marketing tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Metorik).
• Knowledge of Driving Sales & Traffic
• Knowledge of Paid Media platforms and running/optimising campaigns
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Excellent communication skills, leadership ability
• French speaker is a plus
• Experience in the beauty sector is a plus
• A team player and an enthusiastic person, with an international outlook

THE ROLE

You will be leading the Gallinee.com international growth and managing the Digital operations cross canal.

Responsibilities:

Acquisition:

·      Monitor and increase web traffic

·      Elaborate strategies to increase brand awareness

·      Manage and challenge a Paid Media Agency

·      Manage the Affiliation platform

·      Lead and manage SEO/ SEM Optimisations

Conversion:

• Increase sales to support Gallinée international growth objectives
• Continuously improve the E-commerce catalogue
• Management of the website gallinee.com
• Manage website analytical tools
• Improve UX with external developer
• CRM Management

Digital Marketing:

• Work in hands with Marketing to create the Digital calendar and elaborate offers
• Support Marketing in creating brand assets and adapt to all Digital needs 
• Organise collaborations or other promotions to increase brand awareness
• Oversee the management of all social channels of the brand

Management:

• Manage the Online Marketing Coordinator & CRM & Influence Marketing Executive.
