Commercial Executive

Start: April 2022

Location: Hybrid of Camden, Hackney, WFH

Hours: Full-Time

We are looking for someone bright and brilliant to become a key member of our Commercial team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking for a role with exposure to a wide range of high-profile clients, interesting commercial challenges, and the chance to work across multiple areas of a growing business. You’ll be working closely with our Commercial Director on everything from new product launches, sales campaigns, client meetings, event and press opportunities and so much more.

About Luminary: Featured in Vogue, Vanity Fair, Tatler and more, Luminary is an award-winning bakery business on a mission to empower the UK’s most disadvantaged women through training and employment. Luminary has two cafe and bakery sites in London, and a growing online sales business offering Letterbox Brownies, celebration cakes and wedding cakes. Clients include ASOS, Ben & Jerrys, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Pandora, Selfridges and Stella McCartney. The business is growing fast, and you’ll be joining us at an exciting stage as we expand our Head Office and production teams to meet increasing demand for delicious products that do good. 

Job requirements and abilities: 

• Motivated, hard-working and ambitious 
• At least one year of work experience in a professional fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills 
• Proficient with tech systems; e.g. Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Slack, Shopify or equivalents 
• Understanding and supportive of Luminary’s social aims and vision
