Role Summary:

This role requires a balance of leadership and direct operational involvement, with a significant portion of your time spent in our Denver office under a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
Job Requirements: We are looking for someone with a strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably in technical support, with some experience in team management or mentorship. You should have excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace is beneficial, along with experience in support workflows and ticketing systems.
