Role Summary:

- Act as an advocate of the brand, supporting local environmental groups through donations, volunteering, advocacy, and events.
- Provide local store marketing support, reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager in Amsterdam.

- Accurate money handling and register use, fluency in English, and experience in the retail and/or outdoor industry are advantageous.

The role: As a Sales Associate, you will support our mission to save our home planet by creating an amazing experience for our customers and making a positive impact in the community. You will act as a brand advocate both inside and outside of the store, supporting local environmental groups through donations, volunteers, advocacy, and events. This position also has a strong focus on Marketing, providing local marketing support to the store under the direction of the Retail Marketing Manager based in Amsterdam.
Job requirements: We are looking for an inclusive individual with a passion for saving our home planet and making a positive impact through their work. You should have demonstrated service experience, thrive in a team-based atmosphere, and have enthusiasm for learning about our products, values, and history. A passion for the environment and caring for others is essential, along with accuracy in money handling and register use. Fluency in English is required, and experience in the retail and/or outdoor industry is a plus.
