THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT DOTT Location: Berlin, regular visits around the north and west region Contract: Full-time Ops Management: You will lead multiple clusters in the Germany north region. Manage and continuously improve the team of Operations Managers and local supervisors. Our people define the success of our operation: inspire them to go the extra mile. Ops Partners Management: External partners are an essential part of our operations. Manage and evolve a portfolio of external operational partners, source, contractualise and onboard. KPI tracking: Define Operations Managers’ KPIs, and follow up with them, help the team to define the priorities, with a focus on the highest-impact levers, develop plans to achieve regional targets, and track progress towards the goals that have been set for your region. Ultimately you secure a stable operational performance in your region. Analytical support: Provide analytical support to local Operations managers, including the use of Looker, Excel, and extensive AI tooling. Derive insights and action plans from detailed ops metrics analysis Product & process compliance: Ensure that new product features and all related operations are rolled out smoothly in local markets and that local ops teams comply with DOTT processes and standards (e.g HR, Legal, Safety) Communication & best-practice sharing: Identify and foster best practices across his region and between local markets. Identify, prioritize, and escalate product feature requirements for continuous improvement. Ops improvement initiatives: Cross-functional Project management: operations improvement initiatives & innovation fostering through facilitating experiments in local markets Region development & planning: Forecasting, budgeting activities, & tender-related activities to ensure sustainable growth Revenues & cost tracking: You are responsible for the P&L in your region. Work closely with the controlling department to rein in cost discipline within your scope of operations, and ensure variance to budget is understood and acted upon YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years’ experience in operations management, consulting, manufacturing, engineering, or in a startup/entrepreneurial role.
