Role Requirements
- UK undergraduate degree with honours (or equivalent) – 2:1 or above (2:2s considered for secondary teaching only).
- GCSEs at grade 4/C in English and maths.
- Right to work in the UK for the programme duration.
- No existing teaching qualification or accepted offer for another teaching programme.

Starting in the classroom, this two-year programme will equip you with the knowledge, skills and leadership capabilities to improve outcomes for children facing disadvantage.
With leadership at its core, Teach Lead Change is designed to stretch and challenge you, building the confidence, resilience and transferable skills to lead change throughout your career. Alongside a community of like-minded graduates, you'll become part of a network committed to creating a lasting difference for children, schools and communities.
Created and delivered by Teach First, the programme draws on more than 20 years of expertise in developing exceptional teachers and leaders. You'll also join a national community of more than 22,000 ambassadors united by a shared mission to end educational inequality. Today, Teach First ambassadors are making an impact not only in schools, but across education, policy, charities and business—using the leadership skills they developed through the programme to influence change wherever it's needed most.
