Interim Finance Manager

As our Interim Finance Manager, you'll be a big part of Pip & Nut’s financial foundations, supporting the Financial Controller (FC) and CFO in keeping Pip & Nut’s growth on track. There's a lot going on at The Nest, so you'll need to be happy keeping different people & priorities on track, with a beady eye on what really matters when it comes to controls & governance. Staying cool under pressure, you’ll be an important part of our total business supporting teams across Operations, Marketing & Sales. You’ll also be managing our Finance Assistant to make sure our day-to-day tasks keep ticking over.

We’re looking for a Country Manager, maternity cover, to continue to drive our international footprint in BENELUX. You’ll lead all things Sales & Marketing in one of our most strategic regions, making sure we hit our targets while translating our brand into the market.

You’ll report to Pip, our founder & CEO, build and then manage the BENELUX Sales & Marketing Teams, and work closely with the UK to chase after our ambitious growth plans, all whilst keeping us aligned with our values and purpose. You’ll also be the heart of the BENELUX team spirit keeping us (UK & BENELUX team) motivated and aligned. Your leadership will help position Pip & Nut be the No.1 challenger brand in snacking and spreads in BENELUX.
