Fundraising Executive Application Deadline: 5 October 2026 Department: Fundraising Employment Type: Permanent Location: Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity Reporting To: Ann Hayes Compensation: £34,563 / year Description Do you want to be part of an ambitious donor retention team to raise vital funds for the work of Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH)? Join us to deliver one of the sector’s largest regular giving programmes at a key strategic moment.    We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Executive to support the delivery of Committed Giving Retention programme. This role provides an opportunity to work on varied and interesting stewardship campaigns, supporting the delivery of the day-to-day work of the team. The role also provides project support to deliver our new emotion-led supporter stewardship strategy.   The role is known internally as Individual Giving Executive – Retention.    Salary    The salary for this position is £34,563  per annum and we operate a hybrid working model of a minimum of 2 days per week in the London office.    In line with our EDI strategy and Total Reward policy, we calculate our salaries based on benchmarking data across the charity sector. To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate.    Key Responsibilities Delivering key stewardship communications for regular givers  Supporting the delivery of campaigns for digital, direct mail and telephone stewardship campaigns.  Working with third-party agencies to deliver day-to-day retention programme activity  Providing project and administrative support across the team, including tracking income and expenditure, managing campaign results, and improving processes  Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Strong project management skills  Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders  Knowledge of retention, stewardship or supporter experience  Experience of tracking and reporting on performance  Please refer to the full role profile for more information.  DBS - note a Basic DBS check is required for this role.
