About the Role Applied Information Group is an award-winning wayfinding design consultancy helping people navigate complex spaces across transit, cities, and major developments. We are seeking an Account & Project Manager with 5–7 years of experience in design or architectural consultancies and a proven track record delivering complex projects in the Gulf region. Operating from our London office you will act as the commercial and operational bridge between client vision and creative delivery, leading end-to-end project lifecycles and nurturing key client partnerships. Critical requirements 5–7 years of experience in an architectural, urban design, or creative consultancy Proven project management and delivery experience in the Gulf region Strong commercial acumen (budget tracking, revenue forecasting, scope growth) Robust project governance (roadmaps, risk logs, document control) Willingness and ability to travel as needed Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Governance: Manage complex multi-stream projects from inception to completion, maintaining schedules, roadmaps, and quality standards. Commercial Control: Oversee account budgets, revenue forecasting, invoicing, and subcontractor management in coordination with finance. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the key client contact alongside Creative Directors, building long-term trust and navigating project risks effectively. Account Growth: Support business development by identifying new scope opportunities, contributing to proposals, and presenting to potential clients.
