Museum Technicians - Three fixed term contract roles available. 2 x six months and 1 x 18 months. Please indicate in your application which of the contracts you would like to be considered for. We are looking for three individuals to join our teams in the Technical Services department. You will play a key role in the care, movement and display of the V&A's collections. Working across exhibitions, displays, stores, loans and collections care projects, you will help ensure objects are safely handled, packed, installed, transported and maintained to the highest professional standards. You will bring to the role previous experience in a museum, gallery or art handling environment or demonstrable transferable skills.

The V&A is the world’s leading museum of art and design, housing a permanent collection of over 2.8 million objects, books and archives that span over 5,000 years of human creativity. The museum holds many of the UK's national collections and houses some of the greatest resources for the study of architecture, furniture, fashion, textiles, photography, sculpture, painting, jewellery, glass, ceramics, book arts, Asian art and design, theatre and performance.
