Job search in good company.

You can have years of experience behind you and still find looking for your next role surprisingly difficult. Applications go unanswered. Familiar job titles no longer seem to describe the work you could do. After a while, it becomes hard to know whether to keep going or change your approach.

The London Sprint gives you a focused week to work on that, with experienced coaches and other professionals in the room. You’ll work on your own search throughout, getting feedback as you go, asking the questions you haven’t been able to settle on your own and comparing notes with people making their next move too.

It is particularly suited to mid and late-career professionals who feel stuck, are exploring a move into startups or tech, or want to consider a portfolio career. You might be leaving an organisation, finding your feet in London or discovering that the approach which worked for your last job search is no longer getting you very far.

The Sprint follows a clear job-search method, from taking stock of where you are now through to positioning and building your hiring list, strengthening your CV and LinkedIn, networking, AI exploration and interviews. AI fluency runs throughout the programme too, so you’ll be learning how to use these tools more effectively as part of your search and building skills you can take into your next role.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

The week begins with your experience and where it fits in the market. You’ll look at how to position yourself, the opportunities worth pursuing and which employers make sense for your search, building a focused hiring list as you go. That work feeds into your CV and LinkedIn profile.

From there, you’ll work on networking, getting conversations started, AI exploration and preparing for interviews. You’ll also get Sunny Future’s course materials and playbooks, plus access to a live dataset of 1,400+ companies hiring across Europe.

AI is woven through the Sprint rather than treated as a standalone lesson. As you work through your own search, you’ll build practical confidence using AI to research, test ideas and improve your approach, developing skills you can carry into your future work.

The aim is to leave with a clearer direction, stronger application materials and a search you are actively moving forward. Support continues after the five days, with three further weeks of check-ins, office hours and introductions through Sunny Future’s network to help you keep going as your search develops.
