What will you be doing?

Event Coordinator: Plan/deliver annual International Food Addiction Conference. Duties: Coordinate global logistics, venues/suppliers/partners; manage budgets/timelines/risks; promote via marketing channels; handle speakers/accommodation/materials; oversee exhibitors/sponsors; manage registration/ticketing/service; ensure accessibility/inclusivity/safeguarding; produce post-event reports; support other events.

What are we looking for?

CHC seeks a highly organised, proactive Event Coordinator with proven experience in international conferences or large-scale events. Strong project management, budget handling, and supplier negotiation skills are vital, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management across time zones/cultures. Proficiency in event software, plus a team-oriented, solution-focused approach, is essential.
