Role Summary

  • Management of the system to track and respond to enquiries about Woods and Trees Under Threat.
  • Maintaining and updating resources, producing regular reports and providing occasional support on other team projects.
  • This part-time role (25 hours per week) will involve a combination of remote work and office-based work in Grantham, Lincolnshire.

Role Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative role and familiarity with IT software like Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in handling enquiries over email and phone.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in stakeholder relationship building.

Our mission involves engaging and inspiring individuals to contribute toward tackling the nature and climate crisis through the protection, restoration, and creation of essential woodland habitats.

The role: You will be responsible for managing the system for tracking and responding to enquiries about Woods and Trees Under Threat. This includes managing and updating our resources for responding to enquiries, producing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on enquiries and casework, and providing occasional support on other Campaigning team projects. This is a 25-hour per week part-time role that includes a mix of working from home and at our main office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Visits to Grantham would be required no more than once a month on average.

Job requirements: We are looking for candidates who have experience working in an administrative role, with knowledge of IT software such as Microsoft Office. You should have experience answering enquiries via email and phone, ensuring they are recorded on the system. Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple workstreams with competing priorities are essential. You should also have experience providing an excellent level of customer service and collaborating with stakeholders to build strong relationships.
