The role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Patagonia Europe, providing top-notch service to our customers. Your responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone and email, assisting with orders, tracking shipments, processing returns and repairs, and managing exchanges. You will also provide accurate information about our products and services, maintain customer satisfaction, and contribute to team initiatives and training.
Job requirements: We are looking for candidates with a fluent command of German and English, and additional European languages are a plus. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong interest in environmental conservation.
