The Ellen MacArthur Foundation is a pioneering organisation championing the transition to a circular economy, aimed at eliminating waste, maximising the use of products and materials, and rejuvenating natural systems. As a Senior Strategy Associate with our Critical Minerals department, you will play a key role in shaping our strategies for the efficient use of essential minerals like lithium, cobalt, and nickel.
Role Summary

This includes conducting in-depth research and analysis on minerals like lithium, cobalt, and nickel, which are essential for technologies such as renewable energy and digital infrastructure. You will engage with stakeholders and provide strategic insights to support decision-making and risk management.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a relevant field such as economics, geopolitics, or environmental science. You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality analysis and have experience in creating strategic documents and presentations. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are beneficial but not essential.
Benefits: The Foundation offers a generous salary package of around £40,000, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous holiday allowance, enhanced pension options, a private health scheme after 6 months, and a wellbeing programme.
Additional information: This position is based in the UK and offers the flexibility to work remotely. However, we cannot support remote working from overseas.
