Mix-Cloud Station Manager

What will you be doing?

What You Will Do:

Upload audio files from our radio shows and live sessions to Mixcloud.

Create and maintain playlists that showcase presenters, genres, and featured artists.

Add accurate tags, descriptions, and metadata to maximise discoverability and engagement.

Promote shows and playlists via social media and other digital channels where appropriate.

Monitor listener engagement and provide insights to help improve content visibility.

What are we looking for?

Minimum three years’ experience managing audio content on Mixcloud or similar platforms.

Strong organisational and time-management skills to maintain consistent uploads and schedules.

Attention to detail for accurate tagging, descriptions, and playlist creation.

Familiarity with music promotion and social media engagement strategies.

Passion for grassroots, unsigned, and independent music.

Ability to work collaboratively with presenters, artists, and the wider volunteer team.
