What will you be doing?
The Volunteer Manager will recruit, onboard, and support volunteers, creating and managing tasks to keep workflows efficient. They will update induction processes, conduct due diligence, and ensure volunteers meet personal development goals. Responsibilities include tracking daily outputs, scheduling, and using tools like Google Drive and Slack. The View offers growth opportunities in justice, arts, and feminist sectors, including access to events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Your work will raise awareness of women’s experiences in the justice system and help drive radical reform for a fairer society.
