What will you be doing?
Design an assessment approach aligned to our learning outcomes. Create assessment tools (quizzes, case studies, practical tasks/observations) plus marking guides and rubrics. Define pass criteria, resubmission rules and integrity checks. Support moderation to ensure consistent marking and improve assessments using feedback/data.
What are we looking for?
Experience designing assessments, writing clear questions/scenarios and creating rubrics/marking guides. Strong attention to detail and ability to align assessments to learning outcomes. Confident working with SMEs and giving structured feedback. Familiarity with LMS-based assessment tools is desirable. Experience in accredited or regulated training is desirable but not essential.
