Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with EarthPercent to recruit a Grants Manager. Founded in 2021, EarthPercent harnesses the power of the music industry to support climate action, directing funding to high-impact organisations tackling the climate and nature emergencies. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative and purpose-driven organisation at the intersection of philanthropy, environmental action and culture. As Grants Manager, you will lead the delivery and ongoing development of EarthPercent's international grant-making programme, managing a portfolio of more than 30 active grants and helping to identify and support outstanding organisations working across climate action, nature restoration and community-led environmental solutions. The successful candidate will bring significant grant-making experience within the environmental, climate change or conservation sectors, alongside a strong understanding of grant management processes, due diligence, compliance and impact measurement. You will be responsible for assessing and managing funding relationships, supporting expert review processes, strengthening monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and ensuring EarthPercent's funding delivers meaningful and measurable impact. Equally important is your ability to act as a credible ambassador for the organisation. You will build and maintain strong relationships with climate experts, grant partners, philanthropies, donors, board members and wider stakeholders, confidently communicating the impact of EarthPercent's work and representing the organisation externally. Candidates will demonstrate excellent judgement, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex information and stakeholder environments. A good understanding of climate and environmental issues is essential, alongside a genuine commitment to EarthPercent's mission of creating a healthy, equitable and liveable planet for future generations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced grants professional who combines rigorous grant-making expertise with a passion for environmental impact and collaborative philanthropy. You can be based anywhere in the UK within this role, and would be required to visit the London office at least 8 times per annum.
