Co-founder / General Manager

Hi there. Baruccio is a small and independent bar in the heart of St Albans (Hertfordshire). We are building a community of locals and neighbours who visit us regularly for coffee, sandwiches by day and wine and small bites in the evening. We do regular events and partnerships with other local businesses which are very popular. We are looking for a business partner/general manager who wants to join us and take the business to the next level.

Compensation scheme to be discussed in person, but it will be a combination of sweat equity + base salary.
