Operations Officer

Job Overview As a Regional Programme Lead at Dallaglio RugbyWorks, you'll sit as a bridge between frontline delivery and the Programme Manager, staying embedded in sessions while supporting the development of the region and working with your Programme Manager to bring our strategic objectives to life.

You'll deliver our programmes to young people who experience school exclusion or are at risk of it, working hands-on in sessions across your region. Delivery stays at the core of the role, and alongside it, you'll take on leadership of the wider region: supporting and developing a team of delivery staff, coordinating Career Taster Days across your region, and building partnerships with schools and external stakeholders. You'll model best practice in every session you deliver, and use that same standard to support your team, troubleshoot operational challenges, and keep safeguarding and reporting embedded across all activity in your region.
