Full job description

We're looking for an experienced and organised Resettlement Caseworker to support survivors of trafficking and other forms of violence at a key point in their journey. You'll help residents move on from our supported accommodation into independent accommodation, and support service users to move from outreach casework to a lower level of support. If you're experienced, organised and want to make a real difference, we'd like to hear from you. Job Location: Aldgate, London (with travel across Greater London) Salary: £29,364 - £32,330 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 (37.5 hours per week) Deadline: 5:00pm on Thursday 22 October

Ella’s is a London-based organisation working with women who have survived trafficking and sexual exploitation. We are passionate about providing the best care for as many survivors as we can. Our vision is to see people free from slavery and exploitation. Our mission is to ensure survivors of trafficking and exploitation have all they need to recover and build lives that are safe and free. To achieve this, we offer: safe house accommodation for women when they are most vulnerable care to help them recover and move forward long-term community-based support to help survivors build safe, independent lives. Our team provides regular, direct support for more than 30 people and families, and help when needed for dozens more across our network.
