Qualities:

• Knowledge and experience of current and fundraising finance practice relevant to charities
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and financial management
• Good financial analysis skills
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Enthusiasm for our cause.

What difference will you make?

As a member of our Board, you will support and shape our work and strategic direction, and help us to achieve our goals, to make a real difference to some vulnerable lives, and to the lives of their families. Our Board is dynamic, strong and determined, but we lack financial expertise - and the role of Treasurer is an important one, working closely with our Finance Manager to hep us to keep on track financially.  It's a rewarding role, and your financial leadership and commitment will ensure we continue to provide much needed support to our beneficiaries.

The Treasurer will be expected to attend Board meetings, normally four times a year. These are held usually on Zoom
