Lead Engineers Without Borders UK and help put global responsibility at the heart of engineering for a safe and just future. We’re looking for an inspiring Chief Executive to lead our next chapter and strengthen our impact across engineering education and professional practice. Working closely with our Board, team and partners, you’ll build on our established programmes and growing movement to help change how engineering is taught and practised. This is an opportunity to bring people together around a shared ambition: an engineering profession equipped to meet the challenges facing people and the planet. As Chief Executive, you will focus on five key areas: Leading: inspiring and driving the organisation, including our staff, volunteers and members. Building: supporting and growing a diverse movement of individuals and organisations. Influencing: encouraging the wider engineering community to support our agenda. Delivering: developing and implementing plans to deliver the goals set out in our 2021-2030 strategy. Resourcing: ensuring we have the funds to maintain our operations while building the funding pipeline to underpin growth.
