Seed Quality Technician

Good Nature Agro is a for-profit social enterprise with the mission to move smallholder farmers out of poverty and into the middle class. Founded in 2014 with 40 farmers in Chipata, Eastern Province, Zambia — we now work with over 30,000 farmers throughout Zambia and continue to grow. We connect farmers with high-value markets by providing quality seeds, training, and guaranteed market access. We identify premium markets for legumes, develop high-yield seed varieties, and support smallholder farmers with financing, training, and market access to increase productivity and incomes.

GNA partners with commercial buyers, investors, development organisations, and researchers. We are not currently accepting new smallholder farmer registrations — our farmer programme operates through existing partnerships. If you are a farmer interested in our seed, please contact your local agro-dealer.

We are building one of Africa's leading agribusinesses. If you are passionate about agriculture, impact, and commercial excellence — we want to hear from you.
