Agronomist — Seed Production

Good Nature Agro is a for-profit social enterprise with the mission to move smallholder farmers out of poverty and into the middle class. Founded in 2014 with 40 farmers in Chipata, Eastern Province, Zambia — we now work with over 30,000 farmers throughout Zambia and continue to grow. We connect farmers with high-value markets by providing quality seeds, training, and guaranteed market access. We identify premium markets for legumes, develop high-yield seed varieties, and support smallholder farmers with financing, training, and market access to increase productivity and incomes.
