Hello potential future Oatly employee. It’s us, the original oat drink company that started in Sweden back 25 or so years ago.

In the last few years, we’ve become a popular and pioneering dairy-alt player in the UK market. The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone new to marketing to gain exposure to multiple facets of the field, helping us create conversation across a diverse range of channels.

This role would suit someone who is early in to their marketing career who’s ready to make their mark in a growing brand; picking up a variety of new skills to deliver amazing results as part of a brand team and company focused on driving real change.

Here’s what you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Be the go-to person in the UK marketing team, supporting across media, digital, events, PR and consumer relations as we continue to grow the Post Milk Generation.
  • Work with our Brand Activation Manager to support Oatly events in the UK, including the London Coffee Festival and Festivals across the summer.
  • Help keep our key brand campaigns running, by liaising with suppliers and agencies, budget management, and communicating with key stakeholders throughout.
  • Be the point person for our 3rd party logistics provider, taking the lead on ordering merch, stock and event items, and delivering to our customers and consumers.
  • Work with our Trade Marketing Manager to support our commercial team to help bring the Oatly brand to life with our top customers.
  • Support the brand team on our influencer and brand partnership strategy.

  • You’re inquisitive and energetic, and excited by the prospect of joining the team behind the Post Milk Generation.
  • You’re proactive, organised and driven. You know how to balance and prioritise lots of different tasks and deliver results on time.
  • For us mindset is most important, but it'd be a huge bonus if you can demonstrate a solid understanding of the primary channels Oatly use to speak to consumers.
  • Communication is an inherent strength of yours and you can clearly articulate plans, thoughts, ideas and evaluations in written and verbal format.
  • You understand the importance of speed when working in a fast-growing company like Oatly, and are naturally proactive and someone who independently plans, initiates and executes tasks and projects.
  • You’re always authentic to who you are and not afraid of bringing your unique perspective, talent, experience and ideas to any team!
