The Role: As an Associate in Business Management & Support, you will play a crucial role in the AI & Innovation business unit. Reporting to the Business Management & Support Lead, you will manage specific operational workstreams, produce high-quality reports and dashboards, analyze trends and risks, and ensure smooth information flow across teams. This role is pivotal in enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency within the unit.
Job Requirements: Candidates should have 2-4 years of professional experience in consulting, operations, business management, or project coordination, preferably in a complex or fast-paced setting. You should possess strong analytical skills, the ability to independently manage workstreams, and excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and leadership. Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools is essential, and experience in planning cycles, governance, or KPI reporting is desirable.
