Having delivered consistent year-on-year growth, we are now entering our next phase of scale, with ambitious revenue targets, expanding international opportunities and an increasingly enterprise-led go-to-market strategy.
We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Chief Marketing Officer to own and lead our end-to-end marketing strategy. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the full depth and breadth of our brand and marketing, from driving predictable, high-value demand generation, to strengthening our brand, and building a high-performing marketing function that supports sustainable ARR growth. You will work closely with the CEO and Chief Commercial Officer, acting as a core member of the leadership team and a key driver of TiPJAR’s growth story.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Demand Generation and Revenue Impact, Brand, Positioning and Messaging, Marketing Leadership and Team Development, Go-to-Market Strategy and Enablement, Data, Performance and Scale.
WHAT YOU BRING: Proven experience as a senior marketing leader within B2B SaaS, ideally at scale-up or high-growth stage. Deep expertise in demand generation with a strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue. Experience marketing to multiple audiences including B2B decision-makers and B2C or B2U end users. Hospitality software or adjacent sector experience is highly desirable.
