Role Summary:

  • Shape ARIA's global perception as the Content and Ecosystem Communications Lead.
  • Enhance reputation and brand awareness, fostering engagement within the UK and international R&D ecosystems.
  • Manage ARIA's brand and communications in relation to our ecosystem and partnerships, working closely with the Director of Communications and Engagement.
  • Oversee flagship content and also guide the strategy of content across platforms as the manager of the Brand & Content Manager.

Role Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in brand and communications within complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to implement communications initiatives from concept to execution, involving multi-channel campaigns and effective content creation.
  • Experience in building and managing senior stakeholder partnerships and possessing strong editorial acumen.
  • The capacity to manage and develop teams effectively is integral.

The Role As the Content and Ecosystem Communications Lead at ARIA, you will be instrumental in defining how ARIA is perceived globally. You will enhance our reputation, increase brand awareness, and foster engagement across both the UK and international R&D ecosystems. This role involves close collaboration with the Director of Communications and Engagement and other key team members. You will be responsible for managing ARIA's brand, communications related to our ecosystem and partnerships, and overseeing the production of flagship organizational content. Additionally, you will manage the Brand & Content Manager, guiding the strategy and execution of content across ARIA's platforms.

Job Requirements We are seeking candidates with extensive experience in brand, communications, or engagement roles within complex, fast-paced environments, preferably in high-growth or early-stage organizations. You should have a proven ability to lead communications initiatives from concept through to execution, including multi-channel campaigns and impactful content creation. A sharp editorial sense and the ability to manage and develop teams effectively are crucial. Experience in building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders and partners is also essential.

Benefits ARIA offers a competitive salary of £90,000 per year, with a discretionary bonus. Benefits include 27 days of annual leave with the option to buy or sell extra days, hybrid working arrangements (60% in-office, 40% remote), enhanced family leave, a supportive environment for learning and development, life assurance, a 5% pension scheme contribution, and more. Our office is conveniently located in Kings Cross, London.
