Role Summary:

  • Act as the US Ambassador Lead, overseeing Runna's Ambassador program.
  • Manage a diverse team across the US and UK, focusing on revenue generation through strategic partnerships.
  • Take on full-cycle management of ambassador relationships, from recruitment to renewal.


Role Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ambassador, creator, or athlete partnerships, ideally in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Proven ability to meet revenue targets and effectively manage and scale teams.
  • Experience in building or expanding partnership programs and a strong interest in the running industry.

The role: As the US Ambassador Lead at Runna, you will spearhead our Ambassador program, a key driver of our growth. You will manage a dynamic team across the US and UK, focusing on generating revenue through strategic ambassador partnerships and shaping an industry-leading program. This role involves full-cycle management of the ambassador relationship, from recruitment to renewal, and requires a hands-on approach to leadership and strategy implementation.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in ambassador, creator, or athlete partnerships, preferably within the fitness or wellness sectors. You should have a proven track record of meeting revenue targets and the ability to manage and scale teams effectively. Experience in building or scaling partnership programs and a passion for the running industry are highly desirable.

Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $155,000 - $165,000 per year, equity options, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes flexible working arrangements, generous holiday allowance, free subscriptions, health insurance, and more.
