Play a key role in delivering Oak National Academy’s digital marketing strategy and user acquisition.

In this vital role you’ll:

  • Help develop and deliver our digital marketing plan to attract teachers to Oak National Academy (user acquisition).
  • Manage and optimise digital campaigns, including designing and analysing A/B tests.
  • Create copy and content to attract and re-engage teachers to Oak including across web, SEO/SEM, display advertising and social media.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in user journeys and help to optimise landing pages to increase conversion.
  • Develop nurture streams to convert visitors to product users.

Responsibilities

  • Create content plans and copy for integrated campaigns to support, attract and retain users of Oak National Academy.
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns, optimising spend and activity based on performance, insights and trends.
  • Understand what teachers want and need from curriculum resources and apply this to our school support and product work.
  • As a member of the Oak Team, contribute to the planning and culture of the organisation.
  • Work in cross-functional and product oriented squads with colleagues from across the organisation, as required.
  • Support all work across School Support and take on other general responsibilities as required.
  • Deputise for the Digital School Support Manager.

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • 2+ years experience in campaign management, content marketing and optimisation.
  • Proven success in, and a strong understanding of, SEO, Paid Search, PPC, Website Optimisation.
  • Skilled in, and a passion for, learning deeply about and supporting a product’s users.
  • A passion for and/or experience of working in the education sector.
  • Proven success in managing stakeholders and working collaboratively with others.
