The T-Lazy-7 Ranch is a family working ranch with lots of animals and different recreational activities operating on property year-round. In the summer our team is focused primarily on Weddings and Events and the support thereof. This year we need support with our kind and easy-going 1.5-year-old son as well as the other ranch tasks.

The perfect Adventure Nanny/Family Assistant candidate would be a unique individual who is willing to grow with our family and has an adventurous and kind spirit. Must be responsible, time conscious, well-rounded, have a love for the outdoors, and a genuine desire and ability to connect meaningfully with our son. Family is essential to us, so we are looking for someone with childcare experience and a willingness to join and be part of our family rhythm and co-child rearing.

Although this position is to primarily assist us with the care of our son, in order to be full-time it will also include a blend of Family/Personal Assistant tasks as well as Event & Grounds Staff tasks depending on candidate skills, strengths, and desires.
