Sustainability Analyst

The role We’re looking for a Sustainability Analyst to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality, biodiversity-led tree planting and habitat restoration projects. This is a hands-on, operational role for someone who enjoys building relationships, getting into the details, and making projects happen. The role entails the works described below:

Project Delivery & Ecology. You will: ● Help design and deliver biodiversity-led tree planting and restoration projects. ● Work closely with foresters, ecologists, and delivery partners on the ground. ● Manage projects end-to-end, from planning through to implementation. ● Ensure projects meet our ecological standards, timelines, and budgets. ● Continuously build your knowledge of tree planting and restoration best practice.

Partners & Site Sourcing. You will: ● Build strong relationships with planting partners, landowners, and local communities. ● Find and onboard new planting sites, mainly in the UK. ● Coordinate across nurseries, contractors, landowners, and delivery partners. ● Spend time on the phone and in meetings building trust and momentum. ● Maintain a healthy pipeline of high-quality planting opportunities.

Data, Reporting & Communication. You will: ● Track planting partners, sites, and project data accurately. ● Support monitoring, validation, and reporting of planting activities. ● Create clear, high-quality decks and updates for partners and clients. ● Turn technical project details into simple, engaging external content. ● Work closely with internal teams to keep delivery aligned and moving.

Clients, Growth & Innovation. You will: ● Provide technical input to support client conversations and partnerships. ● Work directly with clients and external stakeholders as needed. ● Contribute ideas to improve how we deliver, manage, and scale projects. ● Support new delivery models and international expansion.

We may ask you to take on ad-hoc tasks as the team grows and priorities evolve.
