Escapes Overview

Dom Jackman Co Founder - Escape the City

UNICEF UK exists to protect children’s rights worldwide. They do this by fundraising, advocating and working hand in hand with UNICEF and other partners. Safe to say that their mission is pretty crucial and they are one of the world’s best regarded non-profits. They are also a progressive and collaborative Employer. Some of the standout benefits include 35 days annual leave, 6 months full pay for shared parental leave and up to 9 months of flexible working for all staff after returning from shared parental leave. We couldn’t be prouder to have UNICEF UK as part of the Escape 100 for the second year in a row.
