Strengthening Communities Programme Advisor (maternity cover)

Would you love to support community organisations to thrive? Do you have experience of working with communities, helping to strengthen their business planning and take an enterprising approach to their work? We are looking for maternity cover for our Strengthening Communities Programme Advisor to support our members in receipt of Strengthening Communities Programme grant funding. Working with the member support team, this role will help groups to become more resilient and sustainable community anchor organisations. This is a fixed-term role to June 2027. We are happy to consider secondments.
