Key Responsibilities
The Senior Campaign Manager role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and client-focused individual to join a fast-growing agile company. Working in close collaboration with your team and clients, you will be responsible for campaign setups and deployments via a range of technologies and email service providers. You will be the client’s main contact for your campaigns and will be responsible for workload management and planning, including project management for larger campaigns, where you will work with different individuals and teams across the business to oversee delivery of excellent and timely solutions. As a senior member of the team, you will also provide support and guidance to our Campaign Managers and Campaign Coordinators.
Some of your main tasks will be:
· Leading multiple complex email and SMS campaigns across all phases including scoping, planning, testing and execution
· Developing campaign quotes and timelines
· Building and maintaining successful long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring that Profusion deliver operational and client service excellence
· Liaising and building good working relationships with all third parties that are part of our clients’ ecosystems
· Leading workshops with clients and third parties to a professional level, portraying Profusion as subject matter experts and achieving workshop goals
· Proactively offering recommendations to our clients and delivering post-campaign analysis in the form of one pagers and monthly decks
· Upholding and always looking to improve ways of working documentation, including briefing documents and checklists
· Being a go-to person in the team for technical and process support
· Delivering training for new joiners on our platforms and team processes, ensuring training material is regularly refreshed and relevant
· Supporting the development of our Campaigns team to build up expertise in existing and new platforms
· Understanding the core concepts of email deliverability and independently assess and resolve deliverability issues
· Staying on top of latest relevant technical innovations and industry trends to share in a digestible format with clients and Profusion
· Any other ad hoc responsibilities the role may reasonably require.
Personal Specification: Knowledge, Experience and Skills
You should have experience working in a fast-paced digital agency/tech environment, a strong grasp of email and digital marketing, and good client and project management skills. Experience managing several campaigns simultaneously is essential - we are keen to meet digitally focused, ambitious and client orientated Senior Campaign Managers. Comfortable working with global, multi-cultural and complex client environments. Working in a collaborative and cross functional capacity.
Knowledge & Experience
· At least 3 years’ email campaign delivery experience
· Thoroughly understand the process behind campaign execution including all aspects of setup, segmentation, testing, deployment, quality assurance and reporting
· Hands-on experience of using one of the major ESP platforms (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Braze, Responsys or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
· Strong account and client management experience, with a focus on quality and client satisfaction
· Proven experience of proactively managing and understanding client requirements
· Experience of ensuring client projects and campaigns run to time and budget
· Good knowledge and understanding of quality assurance: to be able to verify that requirements are met
· Experience managing multiple clients and campaigns in a fast-paced environment
· Project management skills are desirable
· Line management experience is desirable
· Basic knowledge of HTML for email is desirable.
