Role Summary:

The Role: We are seeking an analytical Growth Strategist to scale our referral engine as part of a new squad focused on delivering product features and real-life magic that encourages our current members to bring more friends into our community. You will operate in a 'start-up in a scale-up' environment—scrappy, experimental, and fast. Collaborating with a Product Manager, Designer, and Engineers, you will work to grow our member base exponentially through gamification and viral effects. Your tasks will include designing and running experiments, analyzing data to understand user behavior, and partnering closely with Brand, Growth, and Product Marketing to integrate marketing activities into virality plays.
