The fully remote role involves enhancing our referral engine and designing features that naturally entice our members to expand our community.
Role Summary
- Design and analyse experiments
- Perform in-depth analyses of user behavior
- Identify growth opportunities
- Bridge product and marketing teams for aligning experimentations
- Mentor peers on best practices related to SQL, experimentation and data storytelling
Role Requirements
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with statistics and experimentation
- Understanding of different marketing channels
- Experience with data visualization and BI tools
- Preferred - Experience with Python or R, familiarity with cloud data platforms

The Role: We are seeking a Senior Growth Analyst to join our Data Team in Marketing Analytics. This role is fully remote and involves scaling our referral engine across product and marketing teams. You will focus on delivering product features and real-life magic that encourages our current members to bring more friends into our community. Your responsibilities will include designing and analyzing experiments, running deep-dive analyses on user behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and partnering across product and marketing to align experiments with wider growth efforts. You will also mentor other analysts and stakeholders, sharing best practices in SQL, experimentation, and data storytelling.
Job Requirements: - Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with statistics and experimentation (hypothesis design, A/B testing, statistical significance, regression techniques). - Exposure to different marketing channels and understanding of their roles in shaping a narrative. - Experience with data visualization and BI tools (Looker, Mode, Tableau, or similar). - Nice to have: Experience with Python or R, familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
