Role Summary
- As a Senior Web & CRO Manager, you will apply your skills to convert cold audiences into customers through data-driven website experiences.
- Work closely with various departments to design, launch and refine website experiences that draw more users to our platform.
- Responsible for website testing, optimization, and managing the marketing website roadmap.
Role Requirements
- Significant experience in Website Conversion Rate Optimisation or Growth Marketing.
- Proficiency in using website builders and CMS platforms with experience in Builder.io/Prismic.
- Ability to innovate through rapid experimentation and learning cycles.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Role: We are hiring a Senior Web & CRO Manager to turn cold audiences into customers through engaging, data-led web experiences. You will work directly in our CMS (Builder.io) and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering to launch, test, and refine website experiences that drive more new customers to join our platform. This role involves experimentation and conversion optimization, experience design and site optimization, capturing inbound marketing traffic, and owning the marketing website roadmap.
Job Requirements: - Significant experience in Website Conversion Rate Optimisation, Growth Marketing, or related fields. - Hands-on experience with website builders and CMS platforms, with Builder.io/Prismic experience being a plus. - Proficiency in rapid experimentation and learning cycles. - Strong grasp of relevant analytics concepts and tools like Looker or Tableau. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Commercial awareness and ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
