The Role

The job will be managing & supervising all operations, implanting new processes where necessary, accounting, word press web design, marketing, & assisting the owner with everything necessary.

Above all, we are looking for somebody who will make The Ocean Spirits Lodge better. We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences! So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you.

This job would suit an experienced project manager to join for a few months to help us implement new structures & processes or an individual looking for a long-term career in the Algarve to grow in the hospitality industry & have a better work-life balance than in a corporate job.

You don´t need to have worked in a watersports company before but we require an academic degree (university or similar) and 2-4 years of work experience in an operations-heavy role, ideally in project management or the hospitality industry.

Already gained first-team management experience is a prerequisite.

Fluent English (German, Portuguese or other languages are a bonus).

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

Team player at heart and you like to roll up your sleeves and jump in to support your team whenever needed.

Computer literacy is essential.
