This is a great opportunity to join the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) as a Philanthropy Manager (Digital Project) within a sector leading team that manages high-value income partnerships with high net worth individuals based in the UK, to deliver impact for children worldwide. The Philanthropic Partnerships Department raised over £16 million in 2025 and has ambitious growth aspirations.

The Philanthropy Manager (Digital Project) will be responsible for managing the development, testing and embedding of a new digital product to engage our mid-level supporter base, bringing donors closer to UNICEF, and developing our major donor pipeline.

This product will streamline stewardship to efficiently use team resources across the philanthropy portfolio. To thrive in this role, you must be an experienced relationship manager with a proven track record in managing high-value partnerships, products and initiatives to achieve ambitious income targets.

You should be digitally literate with personal experience in developing and using digital tools to engage with supporters. You will be confident in project management, working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders at all levels. Having the ability to identify opportunities to grow the major donor pipeline is essential.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of philanthropic motivations and fundraising strategies and confidence using CRM systems, digital tools and systems, and data to monitor progress and report on performance.
