You're an experienced project manager, confident leading complex projects end to end, managing timelines, budgets, risks and competing priorities. You're a confident people leader, with experience managing, coaching and developing high performing teams. You're commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, suppliers and contracts while balancing cost, quality and employee experience. You're a strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and building relationships across teams. You're proactive, organised and adaptable, able to balance day-to-day operations with strategic priorities, navigate ambiguity and make decisions independently. [Nice to have] You have a formal health and safety, facilities and/or project management qualification such as IWFM 7, NVQ, NEBOSH, PRINCE 2 or APM. Not ticking every box? That's totally okay! At Monzo, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive team, and we care just as much about your potential as your experience.
