We've built an innovative, AI native transaction platform designed to cut inefficient fees, automate market flows, and bring transparency to large scale energy transactions. We focus on fixing a broken global energy market - taking on one of the world’s most critical problems of providing low-cost electricity access. Currently, we're seeking a dynamic People Partner to elevate our team's performance through strategic hiring, leadership development, and team design. Working closely with our Performance Lead, you’ll diagnose issues, implement solutions, and enhance outcomes over time. This role is perfect for someone with strong strategies and a commercial instinct who is ready to step into a top-tier People Partner role.

Our goal is to put power back where it belongs, in the hands of customers and to take on one of the most critical problems of our century, access to low cost electricity. tem exists to fix a broken global energy market that’s long favoured legacy operators, intermediaries, and opaque pricing. Today’s electricity system was not designed for rapid decarbonisation, AI-driven efficiency or fair access for the actual users - businesses and generators. We’ve built the first AI native transaction infrastructure to reinvent how electricity is bought, sold and priced. Our technology is designed to cut out the inefficient fees, automate complex market flows, and bring transparency and fairness to energy transactions at scale.
The Role: We’re hiring a People Partner to help us increase performance and talent density across tem. Your job is to identify what’s slowing teams down and help fix it across hiring, leadership, team design, and performance so our Engines (cross-functional teams) deliver faster and better as we scale. You’ll join our Performance Service, which focuses on improving hiring quality and ramp-up and performance. You’ll work closely with our Performance Lead, who sets overall strategy, and partner directly with Engine leaders to diagnose issues, test solutions, and improve outcomes over time. This is a hands-on, high-impact role designed for someone with strong fundamentals and commercial instinct who wants to grow into a top-tier People Partner.
Job Requirements: Experience working in a People/HR role in a fast-paced environment (e.g. startup, scale-up, or high-growth team) is essential. Strong judgement and ability to handle people situations with maturity and pragmatism are required. Commercial awareness, curiosity, problem-solving mindset, confidence working with and challenging managers constructively, high ownership and bias for action, and clear communication skills are necessary.
